Made using a sourdough starter. This pizza has a fluffy base, not thin crust. Can be made in a frying pan and finished under the grill. Please request our video on how to prepare, shape and cook in a frying pan. Dough must go in the fridge as soon as you purchase or else it will climb out of the packaging. These dough boys are crazily active ! Remove from fridge approximately two hours prior to use. Minimum order 4 dough balls. Can be frozen.

We add pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds to give a slight twist to our sourdough loaf. This loaf is still created from a wild yeast starter with absolutely no sugar or preservatives. The same as the normal sourdough loaf, the starter is allowed to ferment for a minimum of 18 hours.
